These classes and events are an invitation to gather in community, to soften and to reconnect. Whether you're beginning your journey or deepening an existing practice.
Each offering is rooted in Sacred Sound. A more intentional and immersive experience than your typical sound bath. You'll be gently guided through moments of intention setting, light movement, and meditation. This is allowing the body to settle and the mind to quiet before being held in sound. This is a practice designed not just for relaxation but for connection within yourself and alongside others walking a similar path.
Hosted in local studios and shared spaces, these gatherings are open to all who feel called. They are a place to explore, to return to, and to grow. A space free of judgement, where curiosity is welcomed and your presence is enough.
Come as you are and allow yourself to be supported seen, experienced in a new way and a really good nap.

angels and sacred sound are where my amazing angel channeling friend and I come together to bring a space where you can leave it all behind you at the door.
Receiving clarity through the channeled angel message, guided meditation, light movement and sacred sound that leads you into sacred rest. This event is truly one of a kind and we promise you will feel leaving connected to yourself, awakened and well rested.
