This Session is ideal for beginners, families, friends or groups looking to unwind in a calming environment. We begin with intention setting, guided meditation, followed by an immersive sound bath using multiple instruments. The experience closes with soft reflection and ground guidance.

A sacred, ceremonial group experience designed for deeper spiritual connection and energetic renewal. Each gathering is intentionally curated with a themed
altar, gentle movement, guided mediation and a immersive sound bath. The experience is supported with intention setting, reflection, and journaling prompts. A transformational space of sound, ritual, and intentional healing.
A deeper, multilayered energetic healing experience focused on the full chakra system. This session Includes crystal Reiki, intuitive chakra assessment using guided mediation, sound healing of multiple instruments to support integration. Each chakra is individually assessed and intentionally worked with to support clearing, alignment, and energetic insight.
